Cookie Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how QUOTC LLC (“QUOTC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies on its website and account dashboard.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help websites maintain sessions, provide essential functions, protect user interactions, and, where you agree, collect information about website usage.

Cookies may be temporary, lasting for a browsing session, or persistent, remaining until they expire or are deleted.

2. How we use cookies

We use two categories of cookies: necessary cookies and optional analytics cookies.

Necessary cookies

These cookies support essential website functions, including:

  • Maintaining your session and keeping you signed in.
  • Providing access to protected account functions.
  • Supporting contact forms, API key management, and support tickets.
  • Displaying service notifications and maintaining form-related session state.
  • Protecting forms and requests against unauthorised or forged submissions.
  • Remembering your cookie choice so that you are not asked again on every page.

Where applicable law permits these cookies without consent, they operate without requiring your agreement to analytics cookies.

Analytics cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its content, navigation, and functionality.

Analytics cookies help distinguish visitors and sessions and measure activity such as page views, interactions, and engagement.

We do not use analytics cookies unless you select Accept all. Selecting Accept necessary only leaves analytics disabled.

We do not use cookies for advertising or remarketing.

3. Information processed through cookies

Necessary cookies contain technical identifiers and security values required for website functions. Related account and session information is maintained on our servers.

Analytics cookies use identifiers associated with website visits and interactions. Google Analytics may process information such as pages visited, referring websites, interaction events, browser and device characteristics, language, and approximate location.

We do not store passwords, full API keys, or support conversations in cookies. We do not intentionally send these details, payment attachments, or the contents of account forms to Google Analytics.

For further information about our processing of personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. Cookie duration

Necessary session cookies normally expire when your browser session ends. Your browser may retain or restore them if session-restoration features are enabled.

A persistent authentication cookie may be used for authorised administrative access when the administrator selects the option to remain signed in. This cookie can remain for up to 30 days unless deleted or invalidated earlier.

Your cookie choice is retained so that the website can apply your preferences on subsequent visits, until that preference expires, is replaced, or is deleted.

Analytics cookies may remain between visits. Google Analytics generally sets a default expiry of two years, although the effective duration depends on our configuration, browser restrictions, and whether expiry is refreshed on subsequent visits. You can delete these cookies earlier through your browser.

Cookie expiry is separate from the retention of analytics information on Google’s systems.

5. Your cookie choice

Our cookie banner provides two options:

  • Accept all: allows necessary cookies and enables Google Analytics.
  • Accept necessary only: allows necessary cookies while keeping Google Analytics disabled.

Google Analytics is not loaded and analytics data is not sent to Google before you select Accept all.

You can use the website without accepting analytics cookies. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to essential website or account functions.

Continuing to browse, scrolling, or leaving the banner unanswered does not constitute consent to analytics cookies.

6. Changing or withdrawing consent

You can change your decision at any time using Cookie preferences in the website footer. This reopens the cookie banner.

To withdraw analytics consent, select Accept necessary only. We will stop further analytics collection and remove analytics cookies that the website can delete from your browser.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. It does not automatically erase information already collected. For requests concerning that information, contact info@quotc.net.

If you use another browser or device, or delete the stored preference, you may need to make your choice again.

7. Managing cookies through your browser

You can also view, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Refer to your browser’s help section for instructions.

Blocking or deleting necessary cookies may sign you out or prevent forms and account functions from working correctly.

Deleting cookies does not delete your QUOTC account or information stored on our servers. Use the Log out action to end your current authenticated session.

8. Google Analytics and external services

Google Analytics is provided by Google. When you accept analytics cookies, information about your website usage is sent to Google for processing and reporting. Processing may involve servers outside your country.

More information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

If you follow a link to another website or application, including Telegram, that service may use cookies under its own policies. Your QUOTC cookie choice does not control cookies used by external websites or applications.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our website, cookie usage, service providers, or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will request a new consent choice before introducing additional non-essential uses.
